Prices Basically, our prices conform to the current & official PC Soft price lists as they are published on www.windev.com Remember: We offer a 5% discount on all PC Soft products, regardless whether it is a new product or an upgrade. EC law does not allow us to send an invoice before the boxes are on their way. Alternatively and on request, we can send invoices in PDF format by e-mail. For ordering or customs purposes we can provide a proforma invoice anytime.Our shipping service. Other than PC Soft we offer a shipping service to countries where customs value differs from invoice totals for shipments of software. Many countries outside the EC compute customs duties based on the ‘material value’ of goods only, software is regarded as an immaterial value and therefore no customs duties are charged on it. We can provide you with a Proforma Invoice (for customs purpose only) that reflects the material value of the shipped CDs / manuals / gifts. This will save you quite some money in case of such a condition. In order to make this happen, we have to get the boxes shipped to Austria first and this will incur an additional 39,- Euros of shipping charge! However, this is a small price for saving hundreds of Euros in custom duties. VAT: No VAT will be charged to customers from EC-countries, provided that they present a valid VAT-ID. Otherwise we have to charge Austrian VAT (20%). No VAT will be charged to customers outside the EC. Shipment: As a standard, PC Soft will ship directly to our customers. Be assured that there is no waste of valuable time just because you’re ordering with us! Without exception, shipments are done using a parcel service (DHL, FedEx, Chronopost). Parcel services are doing customs clearance on their own, either PC Soft or ourselves will provide the proforma invoices needed. Shipments using a forwarder of your choice or the post authorities will have to be agreed either with us or PC Soft, depending on actual sender of goods. |
