| Find Foreground Color with good Contrast to a given Background Color Calculating the second color of a pair of colors in a way that guarantees maximum visual contrast of these two colors (preferred usage is foreground / background) is a non-trivial task because the human eye is not linear in perception of colors. The five given suggestions in the download example are no final solutions but are showing what you can do in order to get a good contrast of foreground and background.
